Oli Olafsson
Oli Olafsson currently serves as Penn Township Supervisor and was elected to the office in the November 2024 general election. Outside township government, publicly available professional information lists his experience with North American Aqua Environmental LLC and education at Kalamazoo College. As Supervisor, Olafsson chairs Board meetings and is involved in the administration, budgeting, and day-to-day business of the township.

Rhonda Barnett
Rhonda Barnett currently serves as Penn Township Clerk and was elected to the position in 2024. The Clerk’s office is responsible for township records and plays a central role in administering elections, maintaining official documents, and recording Board proceedings. Barnett also serves as a primary point of contact for residents seeking information from the Township Hall.

Rachele Bogue
Rachele Bogue currently serves as Penn Township Treasurer. Before assuming the Treasurer position, township records show that she served as Deputy Clerk and assisted with township administrative and financial functions, including being authorized as a signer on township bank accounts in early 2026. She is now responsible for the township treasury office and related financial administration.

Roger Leach
Roger Leach currently serves as a Penn Township Trustee and also serves as the township’s zoning contact. A biography published by Helping Hands of Cass County describes Leach as having a background in business management and property management, along with decades of involvement in Penn Township as a trustee and through planning and zoning boards. His community involvement has also included service as a youth leader at Penn Friends Church.
Scott Peters
Scott Peters currently serves as a Penn Township Trustee. According to his 2024 candidate biography, he retired after a 44-year career as a lineman with Fruit Belt/Midwest Energy and Consumers Energy. He currently appears to vote in favor of anything that benefits Midwest Energy. His daughter is Monica McMichael, the Cass County Clerk.
